Employee Directory

Employee List syncs the users on your Google Workspace domain to the Employee List application.  You can chose to hide/show some of them in case you have users set up for conference rooms or admin groups.

Single Sign On

Your users just have to click on the Google Apps Grid when they are in their email, docs or calendar and select the icon for Employee List and they are taken to it and automatically signed in.

Each person can update their profile with their timezone and work hours.  If another user is viewing their profile and has a different timezone, it will show the current time for the user being viewed.

Org Charts

Employee List gives you org charts that stay up to date with the data used from user profiles.  If somebody changes their manager to somebody else, the org chart automatically reflects that.  Your users always see the most up to date information.

Custom Fields

You can create any number of custom fields if you need to collect data that we have not thought of.  You can also choose whether or not you want that field searchable.
