We just pushed out a bunch of updates which included a new responsive template and a bunch of bug fixes and UI updates.
The new template should look the same. You will be able to customize the colors just like the old one. I will just work better on mobile devices and templates.
Last week we also pushed out the ability to run the sync with Google manually. It is in the Settings page on the right. Again you should only need to run this if you do a bunch of updates to your users in the Google apps admin console and want to see the results immediately. Otherwise your users will get synced automatically every night.
There were also a bunch of bug fixes pushed out.
