It has been a while since we posted the updates so here are some of the latest.
In February 2020 we rolled out a new feature and some general updates and improvements. If you have the portal turned on for your domain, you can now include a Poll or Quiz for your end users. Simply go to the Admin -> Portal area and you will see the new option on the bottom (see below).
You have to select a group that will be able to answer the Poll or Quiz, so depending on the groups you have in your Google Apps Domain, you can either have a small group answer it (ie: where do you want to go for the team building next month) or the entire company.
Please note: it is currently set up to aggregate all the answers and you won’t see what individuals answered, but it is not anonymous. Employee List stores the answers with the user id.
We hope this is useful in increasing user engagement and maybe a little fun.
In December 2019 we did a bunch of database maintenance and a couple security updates. Nothing you would notice, but essential for keeping the site running well.
